SHARE delivers different projects according to the needs of the local population. They are carried out by Romanians working for Romania. Projects are authorised by local and national authorities.

SHARE is proud of the fact that it works with all and for all, regardless of creed, class, colour or ethnic background. The main areas that SHARE focuses on are social programmes, reconciliation projects, health and also education programmes, hence the name of the charity. However, it is only with donations from organisations and members of the public that people who need help get it. Donations help to make a world of difference to the lives of many including pregnant and newly delivered mothers, young children, adolescents, and those with illnesses and disabilities.
