SHARE is an extremely cost effective organisation and the work carried out month by month in Romania only costs £40,000 per year. This includes all Romanian staff salaries, office rent & utilities, vehicles, fuel, resources, telephones etc. All accounts both in Romania and UK are audited by the relevant governing bodies and can be accessed on request through the Charity Commissioners www.charitycommission.gov.uk
The most effective way to donate is by giving a small amount monthly. This could be as little as £10.00, if lots of people did this we would not have to worry about theday-to-day costs. You can give securely through “Just giving” and through your bank as a standing order . If you would like to make a regular donation please download the Standing Order form below and complete the Gift Aid Declaration form, so we can reclaim the tax.
If you wish to hold an event or fundraising activity we can provide you with sponsor forms and information to use in your promotion of the event. It can also appear on this website. People can sponsor you on-line – see my attempt at fundraising by doing a triathlon (below). You can also see how young people are helping children in Romania through fundraising activities.
